Finally, Skype lovers out there Skype iPad app released on Apple’s App Store, available for download now for free. This version of Skype is built specifically for iPad, able to call, video call, on instant message anyone back and forth using Skype’s easy to use interface yet. Skype Credit will work as well, allowing users to call mobile devices as well as landlines for what Skype Software notes are “really low rates.” You can join Skype from your iPad or sign straight into your account, whichever applies to you. If a user already has a Skype account, their Skype contacts will already be synced when they first sign in on the iPad app. If instead they’ve got a Skype account with no contacts (or if they’ve got any amount of contacts, of course,) they can add new contacts with a few taps of the screen. With Google Talk being all the craze right now, some people hating it, and others loving it, I figured that I would post a list of tips and tricks for those curious about the extra "features" Google implemented and has not said much about. Registry Tweaks You can edit most settings by opening regedit (start -> regedit), and navigating to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk. The "Google/Google Talk" key has several sub-keys that hold different option values: Accounts: This one has subkeys for each different account that has logged in on the client. These keys have different values that store the username, password and connection options. Autoupdate: Stores the current version information. When the client checks for updates it compares Google's response with these values. If an update is needed, it will download and update the new version. MULTIPLE GMAIL LOGIN using GTalk

If you've got many Gmail accounts & don't want to keep logging on & off them everytime you want switch, a simple command line parameter in Google Ta lk shortcut can solve your problem. First, create one copy of the Google Talk shortcut on your desktop leave the orignal intact (untouched). Right-Click on this shortcut & select properties. The Target text box will show you the EXE for Google Talk--something like this "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\Googletalk.exe" change his to "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\Googletalk.exe" /nomutex & click OK. You now be able to run multiple instances of Google Talk with different ID's each.
