WHAT TO DO WHEN FOLDER NAMES IN THUMBNAIL VIEW DON'T SHOW

1. Firstly change the folder view to detailed view.

2. Now, hold the shift key on your keyboard and while holding the shift key change the folder view back to the thumbnail view.

3. That's it, you will now see your folder names back in their original state.

I don't know this a feature or bug in windows XP, but its quite irritating.
