Rapidshare has anounced that they will let free users download without making them wait when ever there servers will be free. That is when the ongoing downloads are few. You will see 'happy hours activated' written at the top of the page. I tried it. I even got a downloading speed of 79kbps instead of 48kbps i usually recieve.
