ffmpeg is a pretty handy tool for format transcoding, basic editing (trimming and concatenation), video scaling, video post-production effects, and standards compliance (SMPTE, ITU). One of the basic requirement of merging or combining two or more videos is a task that can be easily accomplished by using ffmpeg . ffmpeg is a free and open source as well. And the performance is easily on par if not better than most paid software solutions. In order to merge two or more videos follow the steps:-  First copy all video files into a folder. (Make sure you have checked "File name extensions". Next you need to download ffmpeg for Windows from their website . Choose 64bit unless you are using 32 bit version of Windows and select Static. Apple has finally shipped Safari 6 with the the new  Mountain Lion , but has silently removed Safari for Windows and users of previous versions of Mac OS will get limited new features of the new browser, the reason behind this is that in order to take full advantage of new web browser, you'll need to be latest OS. As announced back in June, Safari 6 on Mountain Lion incorporates some ideas taken from Google Chrome. Ever wanted to test out Android apps before installing them on your device or just want to use the same apps on both your Android device and your computer, check out the free BlueStacks App Player. Currently in alpha stage, BlueStacks runs Android apps in full screen on Windows 7 and comes preloaded with 10 apps, including news reader Pulse and several games like Bubble Buster. You can install up to 26 more apps, but will have to connect to the BlueStacks App Channels with Facebook. I tested BlueStacks on a tablet PC and the apps worked, though a bit slowly probably due to it being an older netbook. Having a touch interface is ideal for running Android apps on your computer, but without one you can still get a feel for an app with your keyboard and mouse. Adobe has released upcoming  Photoshop CS6 Beta, preview of the company’s  popular flagship digital imaging software , and bringing with it a range of new Content-Aware tools and  3D capabilities, which includes enhanced performance and the ability to change the position, color, material, shadow, and light source of a 3D image .  The most obvious change is the color scheme: Photoshop now has a dark color scheme made up of various shades of gray. It’s a more trendy look — Photoshop Elements already has it — and Adobe says that it helps the tools retreat into the background so you can concentrate on your image. Various elements such as dialog boxes, sliders and other controls are now more consistent, too.  The new Content-Aware Patch, for instance, can easily duplicate an area of an image elsewhere as a fill, while   Content Aware Move lets you drag objects or people around in a photo — and Photoshop automatically repairs the background. After some delay Mozilla has finally released Firefox 11 of its open source browser, with improved developer tools over the previous versions. The latest version takes us into some new territory - 3D.  The new "tilt" feature lets you view a 3D representation of pages in layers of related content. A new live Style Editor, meanwhile, lets them make changes to CSS style sheets and see the results instantly.. The depth of nesting of a page element is mapped to its depth in a 3D view. So. for example. a button nested in a set of divs would stand out higher than a button in the body of the page. Once you have the 3D page on the screen you can rotate it and zoom to see anything that takes your interest.You can also select any area and see the tag list that creates it just as you can in the standard 2D representation. The new version of Sn0wBreeze offers a tethered solution, meaning jailbreakers will have to hook-up their iPhone to a computer if it powers down or reboots. This is a minor annoyance, but something the hardcore jailbreak fans out there will be willing to put up with in order to get Cydia back on their iOS devices. Following Google Chrome's six week release cycle, Mozilla rolled out the tenth iteration of its popular open source browser Firefox 10 on Tuesday. Though the software does bring an array of tweaks and enhancements for both users and developers, it's perhaps most notable for the fact that it marks the debut of the business-oriented Extended Support Release (ESR)  program Mozilla has been working on with the Enterprise User Working Group it re-established last summer. As the biggest UI tweaks will arrive in Firefox 12, the majority of changes are under the hood: except that the "forward" button now only appears once you've pressed "back." Accrding to CNN , Apple's value on the stock market briefly rose to $400 billion on Thursday,a record high for what was already the world's most valuable technology company. The company's market cap slipped below the $400 billion mark by midday as Apple's stock fell back from the all-time high of $431.37 it set earlier in the morning. Shares ended the day slightly down, leaving Apple with a $398 billion market value. Still, that puts Apple in some pretty exclusive territory. Only Exxon Mobil has a higher valuation, at about $420 billion. PetroChina  is Apple's closest competitor, at $270 billion, and Microsoft follows at $235 billion.  Apple's market cap is higher than the gross domestic product of Greece, Austria, Argentina, or South Africa. One of the Apple's co-founder Steve Wozniak said that he prefers Google Android phones, for certain functions. He quotes 'My primary phone is the iPhone, I love the beauty of it. But I wish it did all the things my Android does, I really do.' His comments, in an interview with the Daily Beast, are in stark contrast to Steve Jobs' take on Android, which according to him is a 'stolen product'.  Android, created by Google, entered the market after Apple but soon gained greater market share. A lot of Apple fans dismiss Android as a ripoff of Apple’s ideas, and a crappy one at that. Apple has conducted high-profile lawsuits around the world against Android phone manufacturers such as Samsung, HTC to restrict them from selling Android phones.
