Good news for AT&T iPhone owners. AT&T has officially announced that the company will finally allow its customers to unlock their iPhone. This will allow its customers to use other carriers' SIM cards in your device, which you own, No jailbreak required. The official date for unlocks to commence was yesterday, April 8. Here is the process get get your iPhone unlocked:- To unlock an AT&T iPhone, subscribers must have completed their service contracts and their accounts must be in good standing or pay an early termination fee. Previously, AT&T refused to unlock subscribers iPhones, though the company had no problem unlocking other phones. The unlock can be conducted in your local AT&T store, but that’s not the only way you get your smartphone unlocked. You can also hit the AT&T website and have your iPhone unlocked using the company’s online chat feature. Adobe has released upcoming  Photoshop CS6 Beta, preview of the company’s  popular flagship digital imaging software , and bringing with it a range of new Content-Aware tools and  3D capabilities, which includes enhanced performance and the ability to change the position, color, material, shadow, and light source of a 3D image .  The most obvious change is the color scheme: Photoshop now has a dark color scheme made up of various shades of gray. It’s a more trendy look — Photoshop Elements already has it — and Adobe says that it helps the tools retreat into the background so you can concentrate on your image. Various elements such as dialog boxes, sliders and other controls are now more consistent, too.  The new Content-Aware Patch, for instance, can easily duplicate an area of an image elsewhere as a fill, while   Content Aware Move lets you drag objects or people around in a photo — and Photoshop automatically repairs the background. After some delay Mozilla has finally released Firefox 11 of its open source browser, with improved developer tools over the previous versions. The latest version takes us into some new territory - 3D.  The new "tilt" feature lets you view a 3D representation of pages in layers of related content. A new live Style Editor, meanwhile, lets them make changes to CSS style sheets and see the results instantly.. The depth of nesting of a page element is mapped to its depth in a 3D view. So. for example. a button nested in a set of divs would stand out higher than a button in the body of the page. Once you have the 3D page on the screen you can rotate it and zoom to see anything that takes your interest.You can also select any area and see the tag list that creates it just as you can in the standard 2D representation. Android Phones have a great calendar app built in that can pull from your Google Calendar, Exchange, PC Sync, Facebook and more. I love having all my events from different calendar's combined into my phone's calendar, but if when you combine Facebook's calendar, then your phone gets flooded with birthdays, especially if you have many friends on Facebook you don't even know. Nearly every day in my calendar was flooded because of the birthdays and unable to distinguish my important events. If you are frustrated like me with these then, there's a way to fix this and it's actually fairly simple, just a couple of steps:- Go to Settings -> Accounts & sync Uncheck Facebook calendar (in my case it was Facebook inside Xperia). RIM recently launched a new  device named Blackberry Curve 9380. RIM as of lately is trying to break away from  the image of a staid, business phone and this  device is being marketed as the first consumer oriented , mass market full touch Blackberry device.  The 9380 looks almost identical to the 9350 from the back with only difference being the placement of USB port.  The front of the Curve 9380 is dominated by a 3.2 inches (~188 ppi) TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 360x480. In past few months, Linux Mint is on a road to surpass Ubuntu as the most popular Linux operating. According to an open source ranking website DistroWatch, Linux Mint has already topped Ubuntu as the top Linux distro. Why, ? The reason is because the Mint is giving users a choice between old and new interfaces. Digital Camera Guide So, it's time for a digital camera huh? Well, buying one can be more than a little difficult. What types of features should you look for? Well, this guide will tell you that plus get you a little more familiar with what these cameras are capable of. Megapixels When it comes to megapixels, the more the better. I recommend a minimum of 2, but 3 or 4 is great. We did a test to see if a camera with 2.3 megapixels (actually 1.92 - 1600 x 1200) could produce a good quality 8x10. Turns out it can, if you have the right paper and printer. We used HP Premium Plus photo paper with an HP 970 series printer and made a fantastic 8 x 10. Remember, I was a professional photographer before I got into computing, so I know a good print when I see it :-) The resolution at 8x10 (we had to crop in to make the picture proportional to 8x10) was only 150 DPI.
